I launched Lash Me Couture in 2016 to bring elevated lash artistry to Central Connecticut. Over time my passion for holistic wellness grew. I expanded into facials, combining my massage therapy background with skin focused techniques to serve the full nervous system and support visible, lifted transformations.

In 2025, I made the conscious decision to rebrand, as I was no longer just a lash studio. I've moved beyond surface level skincare to fully embrace a more integrative, results -driven approach. Also, helping women with TMJ related tension has become a deeply rewarding part of my work, providing relief where they didn't know it was possible.

At the heart of it all, I genuinely love helping women, especially those navigating burnout, stress, or just craving some quite time. My goal is always the same: to help you walk out the door feeling calm, confident, and completely at home in yourself.

When I'm not in the treatment room you'll find me spending time with my husband and my crazy rescue pup, Juna. I'm a big fan of early gym sessions, slow flow yoga, and relaxing weekends filled with tacos and mango margaritas.
